We ship from Cotonou, Benin. Your order is prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after your payment is confirmed.

For deliveries in Cotonou and Abomey-Calavi, we deliver through our local courier and contact you to arrange delivery. For other destinations, your order is shipped through a carrier and tracking information is provided when available.

France shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Preparing your order

We prepare and dispatch orders within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If you pay by MTN MoMo or Moov Money, processing starts once your payment has been received and confirmed. Until payment is confirmed, the order remains pending and will not be shipped.

Tracking your order

For orders shipped through a carrier, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Deliveries within Cotonou and Abomey-Calavi are handled by our local courier, so carrier tracking may not be available. We will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Shipping delays

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been dispatched. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, public holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at koffination24@gmail.com and we will help you follow up on the shipment.

Damaged or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at koffination24@gmail.com.

Please keep the original packaging and provide clear photos of the package and the items received so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

Shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and a reachable phone number.

An incorrect or incomplete address may cause delivery delays or additional shipping costs.

Customs, duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside Benin, including France, the price paid on this website does not include customs duties, VAT, or other import or clearance fees that may apply in the destination country.

Any such charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
