30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at koffination24@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send your item back before your return has been approved. We will provide you with the return instructions and the address where your package should be sent.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us before sending it back so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue and, where applicable, the packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards
Items that have been worn or used
Items without their original tags
Items returned without their original packaging

Sale items: Sale items are eligible for returns under the same conditions as regular-priced items.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or want to exchange an item, please contact us at koffination24@gmail.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any applicable legal exceptions.

This 14-day right is separate from our 30-day return policy. Where applicable, the statutory 14-day period begins when you receive the goods.
